    Primary grinding
    First domestic factory using the most advanced vertical plane grinding machine to ensure the accuracy of processing datum width

    Secondary grinding
    The automatic raceway superfine grinding equipment which is independently developed and manufactured by the company is suitable for the processing of special miniature bearings. It ensures the products have the effect of super-quiet when running.

    引進安德魯振動檢測設備，保證產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)過程中，可以準確的檢測與分析軸承聲音的缺陷；
    軸承噪音全檢管控（使用三頻段振動儀判定噪音水平） 100%振動檢測標準：V4≤25/7/7（um/s，L/M/H頻） 國家標準：V4≤28/10/10（um/s，L/M/H頻）
